Replaced counter and main drive belts

Cleaned all controls and noisy board connectors

Cleaned heads, capstan, and tape guides

Set audio levels as needed

Installed 4 feet that were missing

Install missing SOS knobs

Test run record and playback

Some high frequency roll off due to head wear
